Return & Refund Policy
All products in our store are made-to-order through Printify and printed specifically for you. Because of this custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Exceptions – Quality Issues Only We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/printing error, we will work with you to resolve it.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the issue (no need to return the item to us or to Printify).
- We will submit the claim to Printify on your behalf.
- Eligible issues typically result in a free reprint or full refund (at our discretion).
Printify does not cover issues caused by normal wear, customer misuse, or incorrect sizing choices.
Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before production begins (usually within a few hours of placement). Once printing starts, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
- If approved for a quality issue, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our/Printify’s end.
- Refunds do not include any duties, taxes, or import fees paid on international orders.
