Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the supplier and product availability. Orders with items from multiple suppliers may have staggered processing.
Shipping Origins & Delivery Times Our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, some located in the United States and others in China. Because of this:
- Some items ship from the US (typically faster).
- Others ship from China (typically longer transit).
- Orders may arrive in multiple separate packages on different dates.
Delivery estimates below are business days after processing and are approximate. Actual times can vary due to customs (for international orders), carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
United States (Continental)
- Items from US supplier: Economy 4–8 days | Standard 2–5 days | Express 2–3 days (limited variants)
- Items from China supplier: Standard 7–15 days
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories can take an additional 7–12 business days.
Canada
- US supplier: Standard 2–5 days (or 10–30 days in some cases)
- China supplier: 7–15 days
United Kingdom / Germany / France / Spain / Portugal / Austria / Other Europe
- US supplier: 2–6 days (or 5–15 days for EFTA/Northern Europe)
- China supplier: 7–15 days
Australia / New Zealand
- US supplier: 3–6 days (or 10–30 days)
- China supplier: 7–15 days
Rest of the World
- Generally 10–30 business days (varies significantly by supplier and destination).
Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the specific items, their supplier origin, shipping method, and destination. Rates for multiple items from the same supplier may include a lower additional-item fee. When items from different suppliers are ordered together, shipping costs are added.
Example rates (subject to change — final price shown at checkout):
- US Standard (US supplier): ~USD 4.75 first item + ~USD 2.40 additional
- US Standard (China supplier): ~USD 12.79 flat
- Similar variations apply internationally (see full rates in your cart).
International Orders Customers outside the US may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.
Tracking Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships. Note that tracking from China can sometimes be limited until the package reaches the destination country.
